Students will be required to select a cyber operation, and conduct a legal analysis of the issues presented. The research paper will be on a topic chosen by the student but should not be one of the inclass studies reviewed in class. The cyber operation may either be a real-world operation or an imaginary operation described by the student. The first two pages of the paper should consist of the factual scenario describing the background. The remaining eight pages should consist of the legal analysis.
