reflection that includes the following:

Consider what do you want out of life. Write a narrative describing what you want out of life.

Identify $3-5$ goals that you want to achieve in $5$ years and think about and describe how you can achieve

your goals.

Create a $5-$year plan chart with your goals $($from #$2)($use the templates showing Year $1,$ Year $2,$ etc. through
