Groups will prepare a roadmap outlining the implementation of digital transformation and its benefits in the chosen function.

Groups will explain how digital transformation will improve the overall organizational performance anc operations in their respective functions.

Students will identify and discuss the potential challenges that organizations could face during the digital transformation process.

Sticky notes will be provided for students to use on walls or glass surfaces to create a visual roadmap plan for their assigned business function
