Students will present one current article that demonstrates a human resource management concept from the course. Articles must be from a major / reputable news source such as the Wall Street Journal (preferred), Barrons, New York Times, SF Chronicle, The Economist, The Financial Times,

Locate an article that describes an action or event that demonstrates a concept from a topic that we are covering in the class. You can use anything from this semester. Controversial or recent trends are especially encouraged.

Write up a short summary paragraph of the article, and one paragraph describing how the article demonstrates the course topic from this class (1 page) in MS WORD or a Google Doc. It is very important that you are able to tie the article to the course materials. See the Assessment criteria below.

Develop at least 2 questions to start an online class discussion about your article.

Create 2 slides for your presentation. The first slide should have the main takeaways from your article and the second slide will have your two conversation starting questions. You are expected to summarize your article and lend your analysis to jump start an online class discussion.
