2. Use the data as in Task 1 (BAdata.sav) Subset for the following variables 1. F4a - Production per hectare 2. A5 - Farmer's Age 3. A18 - Experience in paddy farming 4. K12e - location of land area (0 is in irrigation area and 1 is outside irrigation area) 5. A8a - ethnic : Malay 6. A8b - ethnic : Chinese Answer the following questions: 1. Is there any difference in production per hectare (F4a) between Malay and Chinese (Analyse using Analysis of variance). Does the location of land area effect the production ? (Hint: use the two way ANOVA) 2. Run the regression with F4a as dependent variable and A5, A18, K12e, A8a and A8b as independent variables. Discuss your results. 3. Recode the F4a with the value greater than 5 as 1 and 0 (zero) for the other value. Run the logistic regression with independent variables as in (2). Discuss your results.
