In one elicitation activity, you interviewed a small group of Event Managers to find out how they currently share signed contracts with their event team. This is a use case that you feel should be fully explored. As vendors are hired for each event(caterers, venue, equipment rental, etc.), contracts are drawn up and signed by both the Event Manager and vendor. A copy of these contracts then needs to be shared with the rest of the team working on that event. In your interview, you learned that each event has its own folder in a shared company network drive(called the L: drive). The Event Manager is responsible for uploading all signed contracts to the appropriate folder. Then the Event Manager emails their event team and attaches a copy of the signed contract for their reference. Alternately, some Event Managers email their team a link to the document on the L: drive instead of attaching the document to the email.
