Assignment Question: Instructions for Microsoft Access: Database Creation: Create a Microsoft Access database for tracking inventory in the hypothetical business. Include fields for product names, quantities, and prices. Queries: Develop 3 queries that extract specific information from the database. For example, find products with low quantities or high prices. Forms: Design 2 user-friendly forms that allow users to input new data into the database. Consider forms for adding products or customers. Reports: Generate 2 reports that summarize data from the database in a clear and understandable format. Present information such as product inventory or customer purchase history. Instructions for Microsoft Excel: Budget Spreadsheet: Create a budget spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel for the hypothetical company above (using the same data from the MS Access). Use appropriate formatting and formulas to calculate expenses and revenue. Line Graph: Utilize Excel to create a line graph illustrating the company's sales data over the past 3 years. Include clear labels for the x-axis and y-axis. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis in Excel by calculating the average, minimum, and maximum values of a provided dataset.
