Unlike last year when almost all companies had to move to remote working, this year many companies approach remote working more strategically. Many companies think that they can leverage recent remote work experiences to intentionally plan for a hybrid workforce in the future.

Assume that your company wants to go a hybrid modela mix of remote and on-site work. The hybrid can look like in several ways; some employees will come to the office, while others will work from home; Or all employees will come to the office only twice a week; Or allowing all employees entirely working from home, except for one or two days in a year, etc.

1. Point out what external environment factors have affected the companys operation.
2. What form of hybrid model do you think is the best (to the business)?
