Andre, who has never participated in athletics since middle school, is the general manager of a basketball team. He often finds himself fighting for players' attention because players seem to listen more to DeSean, the current advisor of the team, who had a long and illustrious professional career. DeSean was a skilful basketball player of his time. Many players like him and looking forward to be like him in future. Andre does not feel comfortable with this and often needs to give strict orders to get the players attention. Explain clearly the power bases used by Andre TWO (2) and DeSean TWO (2) each.
