Based on the ideas and event spaces Julian discussed where he had sports fans or band fans meet players or the band for special events, like meet and greets, V-VIP like the Champions lounge in LA, or the Richland Room --aka green room where fans can meet the performer and buy merch, or an on-stage meet and greet at the Township on the stage, your task is this.

Use one of those specific spaces he discussed from the ones above to give you ideas as you design a V-VIP experience before the main event ---so pre-show or pre-match for a select number of fans either as their fan club --designed VIP ticket which includes pre-show event, or in a designated area of seats that might give access to the Champions lounge where players pass by on their way to the field.

Tell me what unique elements (atmosphere, etc) you will utilize to include in a few specific ideas of programming for a one hour pre-show event.
