Hello Class This Assignment involves producing pre-recorded video presentations which you will prepare and make available using and building on the topics covered in Chapter 11 of our textbook. The presentations should be prepared in the Bongo/TLH environment and posted in Week 9. The link to the recording toolbox is listed in the Content area. Before the midterm exam, you will be asked to form teams of 6-7 students (four teams in all). Each team will be responsible for assigning presentation content among its members, evenly as possible. The content of each presentation will cover a comprehensive introduction of assigned types of material handling or storage equipment as follows: Receiving & Shipping and Stores (pp 251-273) - 7 students Fabrication (pp 273-292) - 6 students Assembly & Paint and Packout (pp 292-306) - 6 students Warehousing, Bulk Material Handling and Computer Systems (pp 306-323) - 6 students The following rubrics reflect my expectations and the grading scheme (each weighs 20%): Content (use of textbook into plus researched into from outside sources. Sources to be cited) Delivery (use of informative outlined slides, please upload your slides and video link by 6 PM of Wook 9 class day) Time (between 4 and 5 minutes per student. Equal participation is required) Applied Examples (demonstrate use of equipment in the real world) Audiovisual Content (use of pictures, charts, graphs and/or short video clips) Important: The video presentations should be prepared exclusively in the Bongo/TLH environment and must show the slides and the presenter in a split screen format.
