He said it was a precedent they were setting, stating that consultation and negotiation were principles that lead to collectivism. Non-consultation, Mr. Tsididi said, contradicted the Setswana custom, adding that the attitude of non-consultation was becoming increasingly stronger on the public service than on other industries. Mr. Tsididi also alluded to the fact that many workers are becoming demotivated day by day owing to the fact that the increment they receive is always overtaken by inflation.
