Submission

You are required to submit a Facility Management Plan in operation and management

of this building.

The Facility Management Plan shall include the following:$-$

a$.$ Operation and Maintenance Plan and Schedule $(5\%)$

b$.$ Human Resource Plan of the FM Department $(5\%)$

c$.$ Inventory Control Plan for the ROP of disposable filter $(5\%)$

d$.$ Safety Plan $(2\%)$

e$.$ Sustainable Measures $(3\%)$

The FM plan shall be $1,500$ words $+5\%$ allowance only. A concise proposal is

definitely required. Drawings $($if any$)$ shall be shown in the Appendices.
