Submit a $4-6$ page paper addressing all three components below. Be sure to answer all questions and respond to all prompts fully and completely. Use the headings below for each section and note that you are required to submit an introduction and a conclusion and have at least two scholarly sources.

Introduction$-$ Provide a brief introductory paragraph which identifies your topic. The introductory sentence should be engaging and pique the reader$$s interest. Include your purpose statement you developed in the Week $4$ Outline. The introductory paragraph should introduce what will be addressed in the rest of the paper.

Interview$-$ Describe in detail the ethical dilemma and how the interviewee resolved that ethical dilemma. Provide, at a minimum, all of the following information:

Whom did you interview? $***$Please protect the anonymity of the interviewee and do not provide their name and title Include the interviewee$$s profession, gender, years on the job, work site, and any other relevant information.

What was the context of the ethical dilemma? Include who, what, when, where, and other details.

What was the ethical issue, and why did it create a dilemma?

What were the possible choices of actions that the interviewee considered taking to address the ethical dilemma?

Did the professional consult with others about this issue? If so$,$ what advice did they receive? If not, why not?

What action did the professional take to resolve the dilemma? Why did they choose that action over others they considered?

What was the outcome of that action? Was the dilemma solved in a positive way? Why or why not?

Would the professional do anything differently in hindsight? Why or why not?

Alternative Action: Provide an alternative action the professional could take to ethically solve the dilemma as described in your interview. Discuss why you believe that your alternative action would be more beneficial or equally beneficial to the community than the action that was taken.

Conclusion: Provide a summary of the paper. Briefly hit on the highlights and possible next steps as if you only have time to tell someone what happened while you are in the elevator with them $($an elevator speech$)$ or they can only read a little to determine if it$$s worth reading the whole paper later. The conclusion should show the reader that you accomplished the components of the assignment.
