Submit four case study analyses of the organization for which they work (or, an organization/situation with which they are familiar in the event they are not employed or cannot use their organization). Each analysis should be typed using 12-font, double-spaced following APA format. Page requirement is between 2 to 4 pages in length.

Analyses should be approached using the assigned frame (structural, symbolic, political, or human resources) for assessing an organization and a situation within it. The same organization/situation should be used for each of the four case study analyses, thereby viewing it through four conceptual lenses.

In one paragraph, briefly describe the situation.

In one to two paragraphs, state and briefly describe the organization theory (i.e. conceptual frame) as an introduction to the case study analysis.

Analyze the situation by applying various concepts of the frame (and other appropriate organization theories) to focus on the central issues in the case.

Conclude your analysis with a summary of the key issues and/or opportunities relevant to the situation, as discovered by your application of the frame and organization theory.

Make recommendations to management and the organization based on your conclusions and understanding of the assigned frame and organization theory.
