Question $2.$ Create a PROC SQL statement that modifies and adds to the prior activity.

We want to see the Name, Age, Gender, and Height from the class$\_$birthdate dataset. Format the birthdate as date$9.$ The query is looking for age UNDER $35$ and a height of less than $70$ inches.

Order by Birthdate and Height in descending order.
