Submit Needs Assessment Plan

This week, you will begin a rapid needs assessment to help you identify the objectives and design features of the training program. By the end of the week, you will post your analysis plan and construct a survey to gather additional information from the class.

Write the plan using the outline below and following APA style. Click here to view a template for the training project. Throughout your plan, explain the rationale for your choices using peer$-$reviewed evidence, and designate all external courses with in$-$text citations. Ensure the plan aligns with the organization's business strategy and the other sections of the project.

Next week, you will analyze the data you collect and report your findings and recommendations. Later in the semester, you will put these recommendations into motion to design a training program to address the training need you selected. You will also develop an evaluation plan to determine whether the training program met its objectives. Note that you will not conduct the training program as part of this project.
