Sites like Zillow get input about house prices from a database and provide nice summaries for readers. Write a program with two inputs, current price and last month's price $($both integers$).$ Then, output a summary listing the price, the change since last month, and the estimated monthly mortgage computed as $($currentPrice $*0\mathrm{.}045)/12.$

Caffeine levels

A half$-$life is the amount of time it takes for a substance or entity to fall to half its original value. Caffeine has a half$-$life of about $6$ hours in humans. Given the caffeine amount $($in mg$)$ as input, output the caffeine level after $6,12,$ and $18$ hours.

Male and Female Percentages

Create the algorithm that will calculate the percentage of males and females in the class.

Hint: Suppose there are $8$ males and $12$ females in a class. There are $20$ students in the class. The percentage of males can be calculated as $8-$:$20=0\mathrm{.}4,$ or $40\%.$The percentage of females can be calculated as $12-$:$20=0\mathrm{.}6,$ or $60\%$
