Students sometimes get confused by "methods of measurement." A method of measurement has to do with a method you will use to assess whether you have met a goal. For example, if you want to gain better communication skills, your method of measurement could be to have a meeting with your supervisor to get feedback about how things are going in that area.

(I am interning at a sober living facility that is all males. I go in twice a week and hold group therapy with them and also do group activities with them. This is my first time ever doing anything therapy related. The learning plan must be done on this).
