Successful Project Application

Select a supply chain project that you are either currently involved in$,$ have worked on in the past, or create a hypothetical project scenario.

Choose a project management methodology $($e$.$g$.,$ Waterfall, Agile, etc.$)$ and explain why you believe it is most suitable for this project.

Explain how you would apply the DIRECT model to manage this project successfully. Be specific in describing each of the six responsibilities $($Define$,$ Investigate, Resolve, Execute, Change, Transition$)$ and how they relate to your chosen project.

The goal of this assignment is to apply the principles of project management and process improvement in a supply chain context, using the DIRECT model.
