Summarize this on teh commecial general liability form, The Aggregate Limit stated in Item b of the Declarations is the most we will pay for all damages by reason of liability covered by and as more fully defined in either or both Lead Underlying Policies regardless of the Insured on whose behalf such sums are paid or which of the Lead Underlying Policies covers such liability, but such Aggregate Limit shall apply separately to: damages included within the ProductsCompleted Operations Hazard; and damages other than damages included within the ProductsCompleted Operations Hazard. Provided, however, that the Aggregate Limit shall not apply to damages arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use, loading, or unloading, or entrustment to others of a covered auto. It is hereby understood and agreed that if defense costs and expenses are included within the applicable limits of liability of the Lead Underlying Policies, then references to damages in the Insuring Agreements are amended to include defense costs and expenses.
