You are required to conduct a risk assessment in your workplace by completing the following pre$-$use risk assessment checklist. It does not need to be a real risk assessment, but a role$-$play of a risk assessment.

Completed checklist provided in the answer sheet

Completed checklist with the necessary comments and evidence that it was a real inspection. A

Evidence Required: supervisor$/$or third party should sign off the checklist at the end of the activity.

You MUST use the risk rating table of this assessment for steps $5$ and $7.$
