For this assignment, a government agency dealing with healthcare management for individuals with low household incomes has decided to create a new provider payment system. The agency has decided to contract the database development and programming coding to a software development vendor. You have been assigned as a project manager and will need to write a paper discussing service level agreements, the importance of being able to measure supplier performance, and the process to measure supplier performance. However, the agency wants you to collaborate with other project managers from other agencies before writing your paper. Instructions For this assignment, you will be assigned to a group by your professor (four to five teammates).
