The brand Mackis a successful home and living brand on the German Amazon marketplace. They are especially proud of their product WC Brste(ASIN B00TB7PRTC). Mack has ambitious targets for the upcoming year and aspires to double sales of WC Brstewithin the next 3 months. Due to product quality problems, two of the main competitors have been temporarily suspended from Amazon, leading to a significant sales velocity increase for WC Brste. This increase results in a drastic shortening of projected inventory cover for WC Brstefrom 30 days to only 10 days. Please find the concrete tasks on the following slide. 2.Develop a detailed plan to ensure mid-term inventory cover and enable Macks growth aspirations for the next 3 months. i.Present your solution based on the information available and take into consideration all relevant aspects, such as the actual inventory volume, production time, transit time and cost of different MOTs. ii.Critically reflect on the risks of the plan as well as on any other shortcomings.
