The cost- based objective and subjective factors as well as the performance of the five sites with respect to these factors are provided in the below table. You may assume that all the sites satisfy the critical factors test. Provide weights of 0.4, 0.3, and 0.3 respectively, for the three subjective factors (from Labor Availability, Business Climate, to Transportation).
