Top managers making the termination decisions might choose to keep subordinates whom they like rather than the best performers, or terminate the most highly paid subordinates even if they are top performers. Remembering that organizational structure and culture affect all company stakeholders, which ethical principles about equality, fairness, and justice would you use to redesign the organizational hierarchy?
