Condition 1:If both players play Strategy 1 then they each get $4

Condition 2:If both players play Strategy 2 then they each get $11

Condition 3:If one player plays Strategy 1 and the other plays Strategy 2 then the player that plays Strategy 1 gets $15 and the player that plays Strategy 2 gets $3

This condition is given and need to find dominant strategy for player 1 and nash equilibrium for this game

It confuses me because when i draw matrix seems like there is no dominant strategy and im not sure also wonders what is nash equilibrium in this case
