Supposed there was a doctor office scheduling system needs to be replaced. There was an interview made by system analyst with doctor, nurse, and office admin. The questions below were asked by system analyst to doctor, nurse and office admin.

Now, there is a second-round interview needed again with same doctor, nurse, and office admin. And ask them 5-7 deeper questions to each individual about the problem of current scheduling systems, and what are the features they are looking into new system.

To Administrative assistant:

What are the most challenges do you face using current scheduling systems?

After you reschedule an appointment, are you able to see the previous appointment date?

Does this system easy to navigate?

How do you check patient's information, by their name or date of birth?

Does this system have patient's picture?

To Nurses:

Are you able to see the lab results in the current systems?

Are the lab results printable?

Does this system indicate if the lab results are not between the range?

Does this system allow you to share the lab results to the patients?

Are you able to see patient's pharmacy information?

To Doctors:

Do the current systems fast enough to use?

Does this system have graph to compare patient's vitals?

Can you see patient's all medication lists in one page?

Does this system have patient's allergen information?
