SWIM REGISTRATION NARRATIVE DFD & FLOWCHART ASSIGNMENT

Based upon the following narrative, prepare the following:

Narrative: Southwood Swim Club offers swim lessons for children. Customers must register

for the classes in person. A receptionist will receive the enrollment form along with

payment, verify that all information is properly completed, verify the amount paid, and

mark paid on the enrollment form. The receptionist then forwards the enrollment form onto

the manager. The manager enters the enrollment form's class registration information into

the computer, views the class information online and assigns the child to an open class.

Then the manager prints out a completed registration card $(2$ copies$)$ with details of the

class, and mails $1$ copy of the registration card to the customer and gives the other copy

to the receptionist to file. The receptionist forwards the customer payments onto the

accounting department once receiving the registration card copy to file.
