Requirements: User Characteristics, Goals and Context of Use

Describe the characteristics of your identified users and stakeholders.

1. Identify each user group (stakeholder, primary users, secondary users, and tertiary users if any).
2. Provide the characteristics of the users expected educational level, computer expertise, age range, and any other relevant demographics for each user group. How often/much are they going to use the proposed interface? Are they frequent or casual users (or in between)?
3. List the users' goals -- what they want to achieve with your system. Mention both functional and non-functional goals.
4. Describe the context of use any environmental factors that would affect the users' ability to interact with the system.
5. Are there other factors (e.g., team work, organizational factors, etc.) that could potentially affect the users? If so, outline them.
