$1.$ Using Word, create a flow chart for the process of selecting and implementing a new EHR system.

$2.$ Use the flow chart Shapes on the Insert tab of Word to create the various flow chart symbols and connector lines.

$3.$ The idea is to sketch out the process from start to finish and then illustrate the steps using flow chart symbols.

$4.$ Build in diversions. For example...If you have a flow chart symbol for implementing the software and it does not go well, you might have a flow chart line linking to retraining efforts.

$5.$ If it goes well, you might link to the next phase.

$6.$ You can research examples of flow charts on the Internet or use the attached examples to help you get started.

$7.$ Do not copy and paste any of the elements of your activity.

$8.$ This project can span multiple pages if needed.

$9.$ The activity will be graded on neatness, detail, and completeness.
