T$7$: Team Final Analysis of Team Performance $($Weeks $8-13)$: Team Assessment Survey & Analysis of Team Performance $($Week $14)($Team$,$ Process, $3\mathrm{.}5$ points for Part $4)$DURING THE WEEK $14$ CLASS: Part $3.$ Team$-$Prepared Analysis of Team Performance and Teams Completion of Team Assessment Survey:The professor will set aside $20$ minutes of the Week $14$ class meeting for you to review and discuss the positive and negative prepared feedback from each team member. Your team will also need to review and discuss the teams ITP Team Health Assessment results and incorporate your results into the paper.Note: All team members are expected to come prepared with their individual materials and to contribute to the teams in$-$class discussion. In addition, all team members must be present for the discussion and to complete the required written analysis.Your team will then use the remainder of class time to write a summary in paragraph or bullet$-$point format of the teams analysis of its performance as described below and consolidate the sections together into a one $2-3$ page document that will be submitted to Canvas at the end of lecture. In order to complete the analysis, each team member is required to take notes from the teams full discussion which reflect the teams ideas and plans for working together effectively during the rest of the term. Team members will together identify and describe three specific $(3)$ areas where the team struggled, fell short, was challenged, and$/$or failed to meet its own standards, norms, and$/$or expectations during Weeks $8-13($subsequent to the teams midpoint feedback exchange$).$ Note if any of the listed areas were also included in the T$3$ assignment.Lessons Learned and Effectiveness of Norms Contract. Team members will write about one final lesson learned as a team and how this lesson reflects the effectiveness of your teams Norms Contract. Comment on how your Team did or did not grow or change since your Midpoint Team Analysis, which was completed during Week $9$
