T9: Peer Evaluation (Week 14) (Individual, Process, 5 points) Towards the end of the semester, you will evaluate the relative contributions of your team members to the project during the semester. The assessment will incorporate six categories of:

(1) meeting attendance and participation;

(2) fair workload;

(3) quality of work output

(4) interpersonal interactions with team members

(5) leadership

(6) impact on team dynamics Anonymous quantitative

(i.e., numeric ratings) and qualitative (i.e., written comments) will be required for grading purposes and to promote personal learning and professional development for yourself and other team members. Additional details regarding the assignment will be provided in a lecture towards the end of the semester. The T9 assignment will be completed outside of lecture and must be uploaded to Canvas by the last day of class. The evaluation content will be used to determine if team members failed to contribute meaningfully to the project (as represented by majority evaluations of very poor or poor), with grade consequences incurred as described at the onset of this document.
