Taking into consideration a project which is an event organization and setup, develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) as follows:

Create a WBSfor your project that includes:

• At least four levels somewhere on the WBS
• At least three throughout the rest of your WBS unless that is not appropriate
• At least five deliverables
• At least 15 activities

These are the tools and techniques used:

-Data Gathering Techniques: I gathered information about the project by researching online, talking to friendsand family, and submitted surveys about different topics in order to understand which discussion my public could be interested in.

-Analysis: I analyzed the information I gathered to determine what materials I would need, how much the project would cost, and how long it would take to complete.

-Data Representation Tools: I created a list of the materials I would need and a budget for the project, a listof the possible number of people that would attend and a mind map of the main steps I had to follow.

-Decision Making Tools: I decided to complete the project myself with the help of my team rather than hiringan event planner because we have direct contacts with our sponsors and business partners.

-Interpersonal Skills: I communicated my plans for the project with my family and friends to get their inputand feedbacks, we proposed the event to our community through social media to also involve our public.
