taking two heinous murder cases into accounts, do you think the death penalty being an option or not truly mattered? One is the Watts family murders in Colorado where a man killed his wife and children because he was having an affair and didn't want to go through a divorce (short version). Colorado does not have the death penalty. Another is a recent case (he did not get death) in TX where a man killed his wife and her b/f in cold blood and dumped their bodies. TX still has the death penalty, as you mentioned. What do you think?
