The land was inherited by Wife's children the Defendants Defendants desired to sell the land, found an unrelated buyer, and notified Plaintiffs to exercise their option to purchase the land or it would be sold to the unrelated buyer. A disagreement occurred, and the land was sold to the unrelated buyer. Plaintiffs sued in Tennessee to have the option enforced. The Trial Court ruled in favor of Defendants and the Court of Appeals affirmed.
