Target. Porter's 5 forces model is designed to determine the profit potential of Target company. Using the company that you are researching for the group project, conduct an internet searchusing the name of that company along with search terms like '5 forces model' or 'Porter's 5 forces.'

As you research, try to find an example that has at least 3 descriptors for each force and also indicates the strength of each force (strong/moderate/weak).

1. summarize the impact of eachforce on the organization. Include force strength.

2. Briefly summarize what this analysis tells you about the competitiveness of that particular industry.
