Each renovation job is managed by a project manager and involves 3-5 builders with different qualifications. Builders are employed for specific projects or on short-term contracts, whereas project managers are employed full-time. TASK 1: discuss options and make a suggestion for what kind of management accounting structure the company should have. Discuss benefits and downsides of the alternatives and make your own suggestion. (10 points)
