a) For Project 1 or 2 determine the scope, resources, timelines for the project.
For the project scope a scope statement is required.
For the resources, a list of 5 key resources are required. All resources are to be analysed to determine if they are sufficient to meet the requirements of the project.
For the timeline, two (2) key timelines are to be provided and justified against the project goals.
(14 marks 5 marks for the scope, 5 marks for the resources and 4 marks for timeframes)
b) Analyse the Project Plan for the same project to determine what information you require is provided and what information you consider is missing.
NB: Three (3) pieces of missing information are required for this task. They can relate to the scope, resources and/or timelines.
A justification must be provided for each piece of missing information.
(9 marks 3 marks for information provided and 6 marks for information missing including the justifications-2 marks each)
c) Provide an overall assessment of the above chosen Project Plan provided (satisfactory, good, very good or excellent) and justify your assessment.
