In lab 5 you created DFDs for the Kitchen Gadgets ordering system.

Many of the processes designed need to be more described, lets take the Ship-Order process:

The process will receive the order number.

The process will check if the order is confirmed.

If yes, the process will check if the customer address is found in the customer book.

If yes, the process will send a shipment confirmation and update the stock status.

If no, the system will set the order status to hold, and will request the customer address from the customer book.

Write the Structured English for the above process description scenario (dont forget to add the input and output data flows).

Draw a Modular Design for the same above scenario.

Task 3 and 4* - Using Decision table and Decision tree

The Kitchen Gadget system has one process for delivery management, whenever an order is confirmed, the Delivery process checks if a driver is available at the same day to deliver the order, and if none the process automatically notify the delivery services to schedule a driver for the next day. The delivery services manager can override the Delivery process and postponed the delivery for two days, but override is only possible if a shipment confirmation is not completed.

Design the Decision tree for the above process description scenario.
