High Street F ashion selk a wide range of clothing and fashion accessories.

$-$ When customers place orders on the compan's website, the system checks to see if the items are in stock in the warehouse.

$-$ The systemissues a status message to the customer for out of$-$stock items and generates a shipping or der for available items to the accounting department.

$-$ A bill is sent to the customer, and when the customer has paid, the system sends an order confirmation to the warehouse and the accounting department.

$-$ When the order is shipped, the warehouse generates a shipping confirmation to update stode and the system produces an inventory report handed by the accounting department

Students' Task

$1.$ Show the next level of detail inside the order system process $0$ by creating a DFD named Diagram $0.$ This should repeat the entities and data flons that appear in the context diagram and show additional processes that must be named and numbered.

$-$ Lower levek in DFDs should be balanced to maintain input$-$output corsistency so make sure your data flows are balanced correctly.

$-$ System designers should allow for necessary modifications and recognize that adjutments may be needed during the design phase. If a new input, output, or external entity is identified, add it to the relevant diagram. Ensure that this iterative balancing is reflected in both diagrame as necessary.
