Task #1: Initial Post

In 500 words or less, provide an analysis of your chosen agreement and post it to the discussion forum. Start by briefly describing your agreement. If it (or part of it) was in writing, include a copy of the written document. Then, examine the agreement against the elements of a contract. Think about things like who are the parties to the agreement, was there a clear intention to create legal relations, who was the offeror and who was the offeree, what consideration was provided by each party, and were there any circumstances that might make the agreement unenforceable? Finally, consider one way in which each of the parties might breach the contract, and think about what an appropriate remedy would be in each case.
