Task 1 - Portfolio For this assessment task, you are required to submit a portfolio of evidence, showing how you developed and implemented effective workplace processes and systems to manage difficulties on two (2) occasions. You can base this on conflicts and other difficulties in your workplace, or simulate how you would develop and implement processes and systems to manage: 1. Differences in opinions amongst team members 2. Poor employee performance and not meeting deadlines. On each occasion, you are required to provide evidence of: a. Developing consultation processes for employees to contribute to issues related to their work role b. Developing processes for conflict management c. Developing processes for escalated issues or refer to relevant personnel d. Delegating and confirming responsibilities for fulfilling work tasks e. Identifying and addressing issues in workplace relationships according to processes established f. Monitoring and communicating to employees the outcomes of conflict management g- Describing how you identified the processes for workplace collaboration according to organisational policies and procedures h. Detailing how the processes you plan meet these policies and procedures i. Explaining the consultation processes developed for employees to contribute to issues related to their work role j. Identifying what potential conflict management issues were identified and what process developed to manage those conflicts k. Defining the processes you developed for escalated issues and if they were to be referred, to whom would be they be referred to and providing a reason for this.
