A. Proposal for year-end Corporate Retreat.

Your company has decided to have a year-end retreat this coming August. The management has appointed you as the organizer for the retreat. You will be forming a retreat planning committee with 5 staff from the various departments.

You need to submit a detailed proposal for the retreat to the management board. The proposal should convince the board members that the retreat will be organized in a fun and joyful manner with purposeful activities.

As the organizer of the retreat, you are to submit a proposal, which could highlight the following:

The purpose of the retreat

Details of the location for the retreat

The activities for the retreat

The retreat agenda

The budget for the retreat

You are required to use your imagination to write a proposal that meets the above requirements. This proposal should be completed with the proper write-up, tables or charts, suitable graphics, and interesting layouts incorporating the various features of the Microsoft Word software. The proposal should have a minimum of 500 words (excluding the cover page, table of contents, and reference) with relevant page headers, footers, and page numbering.
