While being observed by your assessor, conduct informal consultations with at least two team members. During informal consultations: a. Ask each team member for at least one difficulty they have experienced with the team performance plan b. Provide each team member with advice on how to address each identified difficulty c. Demonstrate effective communication skills 4. Identify at least one formal learning opportunity that will address each difficulty identified 5.
