Develop a clear policy and procedure for the team using the template that will enhance teamwork and meet the organisation's goal of 'protecting a work environment that is respectful, friendly and safe'. The purpose of the policy is to outline expected team performance during team meetings.
You will share this policy and procedures with team members in Part 2.
The policy must include the following:

- A procedure to make decisions in the team.
- A procedure to identify issues, concerns and problems.
- The expected performance standards and behaviour during team meetings and contingency actions if there is unacceptable or unprofessional conduct.
