Design Documentation:

1. Design considerations

• Lighting - Installation of overhead LED lighting to enhance visibility and complement the vanity's modern design.
• Mirror - Placement of a large, frameless mirror above the vanity, spanning its full length (137 cm) to enhance light reflection and sense of space.
• Storage - Integration of spacious drawers with dividers for organized storage of toiletries and bathroom supplies.

1. Compliance and Safety

• Building Codes - Compliance with the Building Code of Australia, ensuring all materials and installations meet moisture resistance and durability requirements.
• Water Efficiency - Use of water-efficient faucets to comply with WELS standards.
• Electrical Safety - All electrical fittings for lighting to comply with Australian standards for bathroom safety.

1. Installation Plan

Preparation:

Removal of the existing vanity unit, assessment of wall and floor integrity, and evaluation of current plumbing configurations.

Installation Sequence:

• Ensuring structural support is adequate for the new vanity.
• Installation of plumbing fixtures followed by the vanity cabinet.
• Securing the sink and faucets, followed by the connection of water supply and waste lines.
• Installation of the mirror and lighting fixtures.

Coordination:
