Consult with each identified stakeholder in Workplace Assessment Task 1 to establish the following: o Organisational goals and priorities identified in Workplace Assessment Task 1. o At least one strategy to overcome each identified barrier to organisational goals. o At least one communication process for each of the following: Informing relevant team members. Supporting relevant team members. o At least two criteria that must be met during the strategic planning process. o Financial forecast for the organisation. o Budget for at least two types of expenses for the organisation, including: Costs Timeframes Resources required

o At least two relevant staff members who must be involved in the strategic planning process.

Assign at least one action item to each identified staff member to support each of the following: o Strategic planning process o Setting the direction of the strategic plan. Collate the work submitted by identified staff members to develop each of the following: o Strategic planning process o Direction of the strategic plan. Incorporate the information identified above in the strategic plan document.
