Evidence you must produce for this task You are required to. a) create a flow chart that describes the procedures that are needed to be followed to record and report accidents, dangerous occurrences or near misses in the workplace. This should include internal procedures to report and record accidents within the company and how to report accidents to the HSE under the requirements of RIDDOR. b) List a variety of appropriate control measures that may have been implemented to reduce the risks associated with using overhead lifting equipment. c) Explain in detail, how each of the identified control measures would have helped to reduce risks and prevent an accident.
