Unfortunately, there's been an increase in problems with some crew members lately, and this has forced our company to remove several unsatisfactory crew from vessels, which is a huge expense and logistically difficult. Some have fought with or injured other employees, some have stolen from passengers, or broken laws in port (which has forced Vistar de Mar to cover legal expenses), and some are just incompetent and unable to perform their shipboard duties.
